Natural Stone or Wood?

I'm always a big fan of these linear marbles but they can get very pricey. 

Then I saw these travertine looking hardwood floor from Lauzon. Not sure about the price, but if you are not a fan of stone and would rather have hardwood instead, this could be a great alternative. Equally gorgeous!
